Cooper Napoli is a Strength and Conditioning Coach with deep experience across high school, collegiate, professional, and tactical athletes—including Special Operators, NFL, UFC, IBJJF, and Triathletes. He currently works with top High School Football and Lacrosse programs and coaches from around the world in both coaching and mentorship roles.
After coaching at Westside Barbell and Equinox, Cooper launched Delta-Five Performance, his coaching business focused on helping athletes reach their peak through customized training, nutrition, and performance support.
In addition to his coaching work, Cooper educates BridgeAthletic’s coaching community and serves as the host of UNRACKED, a live event series that brings leading coaches together to share the systems and mindsets behind elite training.
