Neuromuscular Therapist and Co-Founder of Gain Acces
John Quint holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion and Fitness with a minor in Coaching from Otterbein University. He later graduated from the American Institute of Alternative Medicine with a specialization in Neuromuscular Therapy. As a Functional Range Systems Instructor, John travels internationally to teach and lecture on mobility and performance. Based in Columbus, Ohio, he maintains a private practice and co-owns Gain Acces, a virtual platform dedicated to internal strength training. He also designs and oversees training programs that develop the physical capacities required for skill acquisition across professional and amateur athletes. In addition, John has an extensive background in competitive bodybuilding and has worked for and trained at Westside Barbell since 2011.

Cooper Napoli is a Strength and Conditioning Coach with extensive experience training high school, collegiate, professional, and tactical athletes—including Special Operations personnel, NFL players, UFC fighters, IBJJF competitors, and triathletes. He currently works with leading high school football and lacrosse programs while mentoring coaches around the world. After coaching at Westside Barbell and Equinox, Cooper founded Delta-Five Performance, a coaching business dedicated to helping athletes reach their peak through tailored training, nutrition, and performance strategies. In addition to his coaching practice, he helps educate the BridgeAthletic coaching community and hosts UNRACKED, a live event series featuring top coaches and the systems that drive elite performance.
