Jim Krumpos

Associate AD for Sports Performance

University of Arizona

 

Jim Krumpos is the Associate Athletic Director for Sports Performance at the University of Arizona, where he oversees the department's strength and performance staff and nutrition program. With over 26 years of experience in collegiate athletics, Krumpos has built a track record of developing championship-level programs and elite athletes. Since returning to Arizona in 2013, he's guided the baseball program to multiple College World Series appearances and helped produce 36 Major League players, including six first-round draft picks. His approach to building strong, physical programs has transformed the volleyball team as well, producing five All-Americans and advancing to the Sweet 16. Krumpos holds a Master Strength and Conditioning Coach certification along with numerous other specialized credentials, bringing both practical experience and deep technical expertise to the conversation on long term athletic development in today's evolving collegiate landscape.

Cooper Napoli

Cooper Napoli is a Strength and Conditioning Coach with extensive experience training high school, collegiate, professional, and tactical athletes—including Special Operations personnel, NFL players, UFC fighters, IBJJF competitors, and triathletes. He currently works with leading high school football and lacrosse programs while mentoring coaches around the world. After coaching at Westside Barbell and Equinox, Cooper founded Delta-Five Performance, a coaching business dedicated to helping athletes reach their peak through tailored training, nutrition, and performance strategies. In addition to his coaching practice, he helps educate the BridgeAthletic coaching community and hosts UNRACKED, a live event series featuring top coaches and the systems that drive elite performance.
