Arianna Luther

Founder

Aero Performance Coaching

 

Arianna Luther is the founder of Aero, a performance coaching company focused on elite-level training, guidance, and accountability through online coaching, in-person training, and consulting. She launched Aero after spending 3.5 years as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Miami, where she worked with women’s soccer, swimming and diving, and rowing, while also training NBA, NFL, and MLS athletes.

Before Miami, Luther worked at the University of Nevada with track and field and men’s tennis. She earned her Master’s Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport Psychology from Texas Christian University, where she also served as a Strength and Conditioning Graduate Assistant. Luther completed internships with UCF, Montana State, EXOS, and Lindenwood University, primarily working with Olympic sports. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Lindenwood University, where she was also a collegiate gymnast.

Kylie Durkee

Director of Athletic Performance

Indiana Women's Basketball

 

Kylie Durkee is in her third season as Director of Athletic Performance for Indiana Women’s Basketball. She previously spent two years at the University of Houston as Director of Sports Performance for women’s basketball and volleyball, helping guide Houston Volleyball to an AAC Championship and Sweet 16 appearance while contributing to one of the most successful seasons in Houston Women’s Basketball history.

Durkee worked at Mercer University overseeing strength and conditioning for women’s basketball and soccer, including nutritional strategy and staff mentorship. She also held coaching roles at the University of North Florida and the University of Mary while earning her Master’s in Kinesiology. Durkee earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise & Sport Science from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and holds multiple certifications including SCCC, CSCS, USAW, FMS, RPR, and CISSN. In 2019, she received the prestigious Lance Vermeil Scholarship recognizing emerging leaders in strength and conditioning.

Natalie Kollars

Natalie Kollars is a performance coach and the founder of FORTIS, a high-performance company dedicated to preparing athletes for the demands of elite sport through intentional programming, coaching, and education. With more than 12 years of experience in high-performance environments, her work focuses on helping athletes build the physical and mental qualities required to compete at the highest levels.

Kollars has trained athletes across professional football and soccer, including English Premier League captain John McGinn, Super Bowl Champion and Pro Bowler Cooper DeJean of the Philadelphia Eagles, and Super Bowl Champion Chandler Jones. Alongside her in-person coaching, she leads a growing online platform through FORTIS that provides customized programming, nutrition guidance, and educational resources for athletes and coaches. Her work and perspective on performance training have also been featured in The New York Times.

Cooper Napoli

S&C Coach and Host of UNRACKED

BridgeAthletic

 

Cooper Napoli is a Strength and Conditioning Coach with extensive experience training athletes across the high school, collegiate, professional, and tactical sectors. His work has included coaching Special Operations personnel, NFL players, UFC fighters, IBJJF competitors, and endurance athletes, giving him a broad perspective on performance development across multiple disciplines. He currently works with several leading high school football and lacrosse programs while also mentoring coaches around the world on training systems, athlete development, and program design.

Napoli coached at Westside Barbell and Equinox, building experience in both elite performance and large-scale athlete development environments. In addition to his coaching practice, Cooper hosts UNRACKED, a live educational series featuring top coaches and the systems behind elite performance.
